Do you drop ship?We will be happy to drop ship your button badge or accessory order within the continental United States. Just give us a correct name and address, and we'll do the rest! There is a mere $5.00 fee for this service. (For outsourcing drop ships, you will either need to send your own invoice to your customer for payment, or send us a copy of the invoice and we'll stuff it in the order for you.) Back to Top
Can I receive my order COD?Due to the time, materials, and effort required in this process, we need to receive all payments up front. What is the difference between the different types of Button Badges and Accessories?Pin Backs have a spring lock pin on the back that pins
right onto your clothing.
Do you offer world-wide shipping?Yes, but not for free. Our free shipping includes only the continental United States. For all other orders, shipping charges will apply. Back to Top
Do you offer rush shipping?Yes, but not for free. We'll cover the cost of regular shipping within the continental United States, but if you need your order faster, you will have to pay the difference for the rush shipping charges. Back to Top
Will you combine my orders to help keep my costs down?Yes...and No. In any case where you want to order more than one type of Button Badge or Accessory with the SAME design, we will allow you to order different or same quantities of multiple types, as long as you keep the same design for all types, and order all at once. If you want a different design for your different type of Button Badge or Accessory, then you must pay for each design as a separate order. Also, even on separate orders, if you order all pieces at the same time, there will be no additional shipping charges (assuming that shipping charges apply to that particular order.). Back to Top
Will you return my original picture or logo to me?Manak Enterprises will not harm any media sent to us on paper. Your photos or logos on paper are 100% safe with us. We will return them unharmed when we send your order. If you want any other media, ie: floppy disk, CD, etc. returned, you must let us know before we ship your order, and we will be happy to include it. Back to Top

How do you ship my order?We normally ship priority through the USPS. However, based on size of order and region of shipping, we will choose the method of shipping that is both economical and reliable. Back to Top
Can I use someone else's logo or design on my button?You may use any logo or design that you have gained permission of use for. By submitting any logo or design to Manak Enterprises, you assume all responsibility for any liabilities arising from the use of such, and WE assume that you have the appropriate permissions. Do you accept foreign currency?We can accept non-U.S. funds if you pay through PayPal. However, all of our prices are listed in U.S. funds, and you are responsible for making sure that the current rate of exchange compensates for the difference. What if I need my order produced faster than your listed time frame?We do offer rush production, but fees are involved. Include any time frame information with your inquiry. Back to Top
How can I receive a sample of my order before I actually order? If you wish to receive a physical and complete sample of your design as it will be produced and delivered, you must pre-pay a deposit of fifteen dollars. If you place a qualifying order * for the same design (small changes ARE permissible) within twenty-five days of when you receive your sample, your deposit will be credited to your account and applied to that same order.(A qualifying order constitutes of twenty-five pieces.)
How can I see what my completed button will look like before I order? Manak Enterprises will never produce your order until you have approved our design...Period! Our normal method is to e-mail you a link to a secure photo of what your design looks like. At that time you can make any additions, omissions, or general changes to the design at NO extra charge. If you prefer, we can send you a fax or postal mail you a print out of your design, as well.
How do I know my order will be high-quality? Before it ships, your order is put through our rigorous quality control department, and each piece that passes is awarded a small sticker on the rear of the piece. (Mirror backs are excluded from stickers.) Any piece that does not pass is discarded and replaced with a new piece. We will absolutely not put our sticker on any button badge or accessory that does not meet our extremely high QC protocols.
What are these stickers and do I have to have them? All pieces (excluding mirror backs) that we create receive a small sticker on the rear of the piece. This not only assures us (and you) that the pieces have met our QC standards, but also serve to help you, and the people you distribute the pieces to, to remember where to go for the best in custom-designed button badges and accessories. If you do not wish your order to come with the rear stickers, you MUST inform us BEFORE the production has begun. The best way to be sure you catch us before production begins is to specify when you agree to your design. This is especially useful to those of you who purchase our products for re-sell.
Are your products suitable for resale? Yes. Our prices are low enough that you can mark the pieces up for re-sell however you like. Once you purchase a custom-designed order from us, that design becomes yours automatically. (Go here for details on electronic delivery.) If you purchase a pre-designed order from us, we retain the copyrights to the design, but you have the right to re-sell any pieces that you order directly from us.
Do I have any right to my design once you design it? Yes, assuming we custom design something for you (not a pre-design), and you complete an order of that design with us. You may receive an electronic version of your design after production. Details are here. Normally we keep past designs in our system for one year. However, we do not guarantee that past designs will be in our system for a year. If you wish to guarantee design viability, see here. For designs without purchase, you will be charged our normal hourly design rates if you wish to purchase the design.
Can I have my design sent to me in electronic format? Certainly. Assuming you have either purchased an order from us with the same design, or have paid for the design, we will be glad to send your custom-design to you on floppy disk, compact disk, or via e-mail. Your design will come to you in the following formats: .jpg (jpeg) and .gif. The time/materials cost is free for e-mail, a mere $2.00 for floppy disk (including postage), and just $3.00 for Compact Disk (including postage).
Will you outsource your buttons to me for resale? We will be happy to be your out source for button badges and accessories. Our prices are so low that you can mark them up however you wish. Just let us know how many of which type you require and give us the design details. We will either ship the finished product to your office or warehouse, or we can drop ship them directly to your customer. We will bill you for the work. (For outsourcing drop ships, you will either need to send your own invoice to your customer for payment, or send us a copy of the invoice and we'll stuff it in the order for you.)
