Below you will find an image of a design template for your button badge.  Print it out, complete your preliminary button design, and then scan it and e-mail it to manak@megavision.com, or fax it to 402-563-0663.  (Faxes come in black and white, so be sure to fill out our order request form in conjunction with this template!)  If you prefer to (snail) mail it, our address is
